THE LAWYERS ARE COMING THE LAWYERS ARE COMING

Americans For Legal Reform the most successful legal reform group in the country is being sued by a Syracuse lawyer for $8 million
because he was allegedly damaged by ALR when we asked " Does anyone have any information " on him as a local Judge.
He should talk to Craig Purcell, past president of the Suffolk Bar, before he proceeds.
Purcell made a fool of himself and his associates as we predict will happen again.
If he wins freedom of speech is dead. Join us in this battle.

Hearing update Jan 13th' 2003 12 court watchers drove 600 miles to watch the Judge depose the founder of
ALR and everyone is waiting for his dissension which if he rules against Carl will limit litigation by pro-says in NYS.

The judge is trying to make new law against pro-says and we do all hope that the judge does the right thing, stay tuned.

UPDATE
Judge E. Carni had to commit Jury tampering in order to protect his stupid Judge friend Judge Nicholson .
It cost us $50.000 to defend the frivolous law suit. ... We Won $3.00. ...

THE MOST SUCCESSFUL LEGAL REFORM GROUP IN THE COUNTRY

Americans for Legal Reform needs HELP!!!
About 70% of all the calls to the NYS Bar Assistance Program were request by lawyers and judges for HELP!
with their own substance and alcohol addiction; more then 52,000 in the past 12 years.
How many don't make these calls???  Who helps the victims of their malpractice?
What safeguards are in place to prevent and correct the injustices caused?

How does the public get retribution?
If an airline pilot, doctor, train operator, baseball player, policeman or priest has a problem they are held accountable.
WHY NOT JUDGES and LAWYERS???

Please do your part to HELP!!!
Call, write your politicians, newspapers, talk shows, bar assoc' Chief Judges. ...

at: 877-598-4837. ...

They took a survey and found out that 95% of the attorneys give the other 5% a bad name. ...

Chief Judge Judith Kaye (NYS) 25 Beaver Street New York NY 10004 in her State of the Judiciary speech suggest:

2. Merge 11 separate trial courts into two units. ...

3. Increase the salaries of assigned attorneys. ...

4. Open Judge disciplinary proceedings to the public. ...

5. Improve judicial elections. ...

6. Investigate why 82% of those called for jury duty never got selected. ...

7. In NYC minor offenders charged may plead guilty by mail and pay fines by credit cards. ...

8. Deadbeat residents may have fines withdrawn from state income tax. ...

WE WANT JUDITH KAYE FOR PRESIDENT!!!

Senator James Lack was nominated by Gov. George Pataki for the $136,700/year state court of claims judge with a history of road rage,
tantrums in movie theaters, parks, stores etc., (Maybe he should call Beinhauer, esq.)

If being in a room with a smoker is harmful to your health, what is being in the courthouse with a judge or lawyer who has a substance abuse problem?
They don't even go through metal detectors like we have to.

Send letters to:
Charles Beinhauer, Chairman of the State Bars committee on substance abusers,
106 North Street Buffalo New York 14201 telephone: 716-885-3046
or Ray M. Lopez, Program Director New York State Bar
1 Elk Street Albany New York 12207 telephone: 518-487-5685

Whenever possible use a paralegal instead of a lawyer. ...
